Looty Pool is intended for users who are legally allowed to participate in lottery-related activity in their jurisdiction.

You must meet all applicable legal age requirements where you live before creating a Looty Pool account or joining lottery pool activity. In many locations, this means you must be at least 18 years old. Date of birth may be collected during app registration to help confirm eligibility.

Users who do not meet applicable age or eligibility requirements are not permitted to create an account or participate through the Looty Pool app.

Looty Pool does not sell lottery tickets directly on this website. Lottery pool participation occurs through the mobile app and related processes. You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to you.
